Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All orders are shipped from our Atelier in Vienna using Österreichische Post AG. Please note that processing time is 3-5 business days. Shipping time and shipping cost are outlined in the table below.

Returns within the European Union
The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the day on which the goods were delivered. As soon as we receive the products you will be refunded the product price and the initial shipping cost. The return shipping cost has to be paid by you.
Shipping cost that has to be paid by the customer:
- Return shipping cost
- If the package is returned because it has not been picked up at the post office
- If you gave the wrong adress and the package is returned to us
Shipping cost that are paid by us:
- If we have sent you the wrong item or your product arrived damaged the return shipping cost and shipping cost for the new shipment will be free for you
Returns during Christmas Season
The return period over Christmas is extended by 30 days. Valid until January 31st 2024.
No Refund
In case the returned products are damaged, worn, dirty, opened or lost we will not be able to refund you.
How to Return an Item
1) Send an email to info@littlepurist.com including your order number and which product(s) you would like to return. We will guide you through the return process.
2) Make sure the items you want to return are unworn, unwashed and folded including all tags for a full refund.
3) Choose a carrier of your choice using insured shipping.

4) Once the returned items have arrived we will inspect the goods and start the refund process.
Exchange
The easiest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order.
Customs
Within the European Union you will not be charged for customs.
For non-EU countries (as well as Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein) a new EU customs regulation has been in place since 1st Janury 2021. Since then every shipment to a third country (non-EU countries as well as Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein) needs to be registered online by the addressee. For those countries there may be duties and taxes levied that you will be responsible for.
